ClientRelayContact support

Effective October 13, 2026

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ClientRelay's websites, AI chatbot, AI receptionist, automations, implementation, and support services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable order, proposal, or plan description.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and, when acting for a business, authorized to bind that business. The Services are intended for business use.

2. Services and onboarding

The features, usage allowances, channels, integrations, implementation work, and support included are those described at purchase or in a written agreement. You must provide timely, accurate onboarding information, access, approvals, content, and test feedback. Timelines depend on those inputs and on third-party platform availability.

3. Fees, renewals, and payment

Prices and billing frequency are shown at checkout or in a written agreement. Setup fees are charged once unless stated otherwise. Recurring plans automatically renew at the stated interval until canceled. You authorize ClientRelay and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for amounts due, including applicable taxes and approved usage or third-party charges.

If payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ClientRelay may send notices or limit the Services after reasonable notice. You remain responsible for amounts incurred before cancellation or termination. Billing disputes should be reported promptly to clientrelayco@gmail.com.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, subscriptions may be canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting ClientRelay. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Client responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for your content, offers, business rules, account credentials, and legal compliance. You must review the assistant's configuration and outputs, maintain human oversight, and obtain legally required notices and consent for calls, texts, emails, cookies, recordings, and personal-data processing.

You may not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; deceive or impersonate others; send unlawful spam; harass or discriminate; distribute malware; bypass security or usage limits; reverse engineer protected components; or make automated decisions in high-risk areas without appropriate professional and human review.

6. AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected and does not replace professional judgment. You must review important outputs and maintain an escalation path for emergencies, regulated matters, pricing commitments, and other consequential interactions. ClientRelay does not guarantee that every inquiry, call, message, lead, or appointment will be captured or handled without error.

7. Third-party services

The Services may rely on third-party platforms such as Stripe, hosting, AI, email, telephony, messaging, scheduling, CRM, or analytics providers. Their terms, availability, pricing, and policies may apply and may change. ClientRelay is not responsible for interruptions or changes outside its reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

You retain ownership of content you provide and grant ClientRelay the limited rights needed to deliver and support the Services. ClientRelay and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, workflows, templates, documentation, know-how, and improvements, excluding client content. You may use deliverables supplied for your business while your account is authorized, subject to any written agreement. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.

9. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other and use it for the Services and related obligations. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Additional data-processing terms may be required for regulated or specialized use cases.

10. Suspension and termination

ClientRelay may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or unsafe use, nonpayment, security risk, or conduct that threatens the Services or others. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—remain effective after termination.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." ClientRelay disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientRelay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. ClientRelay's aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid ClientRelay for the affected Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply.

12. General terms

These Terms and any applicable written order form are the agreement between the parties regarding the Services. If they conflict, the signed written agreement controls for that conflict. You may not assign the agreement without ClientRelay's consent, except as permitted by law; ClientRelay may assign it in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the business. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

13. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice. Governing law and dispute terms in a signed agreement control; otherwise, applicable law determines them. Questions may be sent to clientrelayco@gmail.com.
